Moyinoluwa Olatunde is a Nigerian lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial law, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal drafting. She advises on a range of legal and regulatory matters and has experience conducting detailed legal research, preparing legal opinions and correspondence, and supporting clients on corporate and commercial transactions.
Moyinoluwa graduated with First Class honours in Law from Osun State University and was the Overall Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Law.
She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2024 and has further developed her expertise through professional and research experience in areas including corporate governance, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
She also has a strong interest in international humanitarian law, migration and refugee law, and human rights. Her approach to legal practice is grounded in thorough research, attention to detail, sound legal analysis, and a commitment to providing practical and commercially relevant solutions to clients.
